Valerie Adams, 74, of Somerset, KY, passed away on February 6, 2025.

Born in Somerset, KY, Valerie was a strong, loving woman who fiercely cherished her family. She especially adored her mother, Wanda White, who preceded her in passing. She was also preceded by her father, James Oliver White, brother Gerald Oliver White, daughter Mary Christine Adams, and sister-in-law Robbin White. Valerie had a deep love for reading, music, and decorating homes, always bringing warmth and beauty wherever she went.

She is survived by her brother James Micheal White, who wishes to say, "I love you, Sissy." She is also survived by her sister-in-law Sheila White. Valerie's love and legacy live on through her children: Roben Haynes and her husband Eddie, Tim Adams and his wife Andi, Shaun Adams, and Matthew Adams and his wife Desiree. She was a proud grandmother to Shelby, Hunter, Riley, Raymond, Robert, Raeleigh, Padmé, Archangelo, and Seana, each of whom she loved dearly.

Valerie will be remembered for her strength, her unwavering love for her family, and the joy she found in life's simple pleasures. Her family and friends will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

A funeral service will be held for Valerie at Pulaski Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 10th with Bro. David Green officiating. Burial will follow in the Somerset Cemetery.

The family of Valerie Adams will receive friends at Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Monday until time for services.
