Trudell Snell

Trudell Snell, daughter of the late Horace and Ottie Dixon Manis, was born at Pittman Center, TN on September 18th, 1926 and she departed this life on Saturday, September 14th, 2024 having attained the age of 97 years.
She was united in marriage to Mr. Glen Kay Snell, he preceded her in death.
Survivors of this union include two sons, Larry (and Sue) Snell of Somerset, KY and Tony (and Rhonda) Snell of Somerset, KY.
Other survivors include; four grandchildren, Barry Snell, Lisa Smith, Brad Snell and Shana Padgett; one brother, Danny (Charlotte) Manis of Oneida, TN; three sisters, Jacqueline Snell of Somerset, KY, Tomilee Swain of Huntsville, TN and Chestene (and Damon) Farris of Pine Knot, KY. and two brothers-in-law; Charles Snell of Williamsburg, OH and David Snell of Mintonville, KY.
Other than her parents, and her husband, she was also preceded in death by; five brothers, Norman, Earl, and Gordon Manis, and two brothers who died in infancy; and one sister, Eula Boring.
Trudell was a member of the Laurel Branch Baptist Church of Pitmancenter, TN. She enjoyed working in her yard and farming with her husband. She worked as a seamstress for Palm Beach Manufacturing, she served that company for more than 47 years before she retired. She was a kind and gentle person who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn her passing.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon Wednesday, September 18th at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Dalous Sears officiating. Burial will follow in the Goodwater Cemetery.
The family of Trudell Snell will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until time for services Wednesday, September 18th, 2024.
