Steven Foster

Steven Foster, of Somerset, KY, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ early Saturday morning, April 3, 2021 at the University of Kentucky Hospital-Lexington. He was born in Tennessee in 1946, and soon after, the family moved to Michigan. After graduation from Melvindale High School in 1964, Steve moved to Kentucky, settling in Somerset, where he worked for many years at Tecumseh Products. Mr. Foster was married to Sondra Foster in 1971 and they remained close even after their divorce in 1973.

He enjoyed good music, fast hatchbacks, and Sonny’s BBQ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifton and Ruth Foster; his sister, Wilma Sharkey, and his brother, C.T. Foster.
His nephew and nieces fondly remember Uncle Steve for his easy smile and his love for exhilarating drives thru the Cumberland Hills while playing his 8-tracks loud!

Mr. Foster’s family would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you and gratitude to Ernest Simpson and his family for their kindness and friendship to their uncle over the last several years.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, April 10th at 12 Noon at Lakeside Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Pulaski Funeral Home, Somerset, KY.
