Robert Hall

Robert Lee Hall, born in July 24, 1936 to Chester and Flossie Robinson Hall of Science Hill, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on March 2, 2025. "Bob" was the youngest of 8 siblings: Ollis, Carlton, Charles, Jack, Joe, Margaret Hines, and Ima Jean Caudle. He was the devoted husband of Billie Jean French Hall, whom he married on May 8, 1957. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and two children, Rebecca Jean and Jeffrey Blaine. He was the loving father of Sandra (and Jerry) Wesley, Douglas Hall, and Michelle Hall. He was "Bobby PaPa" to 6 grandchildren: Jeffrey (and Stephanie) Wesley, Joshua (and Tiffany) Wesley, Blake (and Brigette) Hall, Dustin (and Angela) King, Dylan King and Ashley King; along with 4 great grandchildren: Jillian, Jackson, Ollis, and Arlo Wesley. He is survived by his wife: Billie Jean; children: Sandra, Douglas, and Michelle; along with all of his grandchildren and great grandchildren. "Bob" exemplified hard work, leaving his family farm in Science Hill to learn the masonry trade in and around St. Petersburg, Florida where he met his wife of 67 years. He worked diligently at being a true craftsman in his trade, building a reputation, business, and career spanning four decades; culminating in a second career as a building inspector for Hernando County, Florida. His love for his wife and family was only surpassed by his love of his Lord, Jesus Christ whom he served faithfully throughout his life, developing a bus ministry both in Science Hill and in Florida that has been replicated in numerous locations; bringing many to the house of God and to know the Lord. To have known Bob was to know his life, as he fondly retold its details for those he met and loved, always telling of God's goodness. He is finally at home, reunited with parents, children, friends, and untold lives touched though his faithful Christian service. The family will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 10:30-11:00 Tuesday morning March 4th, and a public funeral service wil begin at 11:00 a.m. at the Pulaski Funeral Home of Somerset, KY. Burial will follow at the Science Hill Cemetery. Bro. Ed Massey will officiate the services. Doug Hall, Mike Hall, Blake Hall, Jerry Wesley, Jeff Wesley, and Josh Wesley will serve as pallbearers. The Pulaski Funeral Home is entrusted with Robert's arrangements.
