Mary Ellen Eichmann

Mary Ellen Eichmann, 85 passed from this life on Friday December 3, 2021 in Lexington, Kentucky after a short illness.

She was born in Dayton, Kentucky on March 21, 1936 to Thomas Fletcher and Ocia Muse Fletcher. Mary Ellen was a shining light to her family showing love and compassion for all mankind but most importantly, her love for her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was an accomplished seamstress and hairdresser along with being a dedicated wife and mother and an excellent cook.

Mary Ellen was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Ocia Fletcher, Her loving husband Louis Eichmann, one brother Don Thomas Fletcher and one great grandchild Xander Price.

She is survived by her four daughters Rhoda Huston of Louisville, Mollie Cecil of Lexington KY, Robin Jones of Nashville TN, and Elizabeth Eichmann (daughter in law) of Nancy, KY. Two sons, Patrick Eichmann of Nancy KY and Rick (Lori) Eichmann of New Smyrna Beach Florida. Seven grandchildren, Justin (Katie) Huston, Ashley (Larry) Price, Olivia Eichmann, Skyler Cecil, Nicholas (Sarah) Eichmann, Cory Jones and Christina (Dillon) O’Brien and seven great grandchildren, Taylor, Hunter, Koleson, Camden, Robbie, Callen and Krislynn. Three sisters, Patricia Madden of Lexington KY, Roma Fletcher of Rootstown OH, Denney Rouholiman of Northern, KY along with one brother Thomas Fletcher of Somerset KY. She also leaves several nieces and a nephews to mourn her passing.

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

The family will received friends after 1 PM Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Pulaski Funeral Home until time for services.

Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
