Lucille Hardwick

Lucille Hardwick, daughter of the late Lee and Carrie Lovell Gibson, was born at Bronston, KY on Friday May 30, 1924 and she departed this life on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 in Somerset, KY having attained the age of 92 years.She was united in marriage to Mr. Earl Hardwick. He preceded her in death. Other than her parents and husband, Lucille was also preceded in death by; two sons, Joseph Earl Hardwick, and Robert Hardwick; and three sisters, Betty Gadberry, Wanda Norfleet and Mabel Ragle.Survivors include; two grandchildren, Joseph (and Jennifer) Hardwick and Julia (and Mike) Hart; two great grandchildren, Joey Hardwick, and Logan Hart, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives who mourn her passing. Lucille was retired from Briar Bowl Lanes where she had served for many years. She was a member of the High Street Baptist Church at the time of her passing. She was a lovely Christian lady who enjoyed life and had a wonderful sense of humor, she could always make people laugh and enjoyed spreading sunshine. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends who are left to mourn her passing.A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Strunk officiating. Burial will follow in the Somerset Cemetery.The family of Lucille Hardwick will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Thursday April 13, 2017 until time for services.Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the family of Mrs. Lucille Hardwick will all arrangements.
