Loraine Stogsdill

Loraine Stogsdill, 95, of the White Lily Community passed away Saturday, February 29, 2020 at her residence.
She was born on March 14, 1924; daughter of the late Fred & Myrtle Tomlinson Richardson. She attended Sue Bennett College in London, and worked as a teacher for several years. She enjoyed quilting, flowers, and tending a garden. She was a member of Malvin Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Arlie C. Stogsdill, whom she married on June 6, 1953; a son, Lyle Stogsdill; four siblings, Vernis & (Kermit) Meece, Donald & (Brenda) Richardson, Robert & (Rose) Richardson, and Wayne & (Jetta) Richardson; two sisters-in-law, Eleanor Richardson, and Katie Richardson.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lydia Lee Stogsdill; her parents; three brothers, Richard Richardson, Fred Richardson Jr., and Clinton Richardson; a sister-in-law, Jewell Richardson.
A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Perry Dobbs officiating.
Burial will be in White Lily Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 11 AM Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Pulaski Funeral Home until time for services.
