L. E. Pruitt

Mr. L. E. Pruitt, son of the late Thomas and Delpha Renner Pruitt was born on December 22, 1935 and he departed this life on January 26, 2021 in Bowling Green, KY having attained the age of 85 years. He was united in marriage to Mrs. Virginia Gentry Pruitt. She survives. Other survivors include; one son, Scott Wayne Pruitt and his wife Alison of Bowling Green, KY; two grandchildren, Stephen Scott Pruitt and his wife, Amanda of Bowling Green, KY, and and Katilyn Anna Pruitt and her fiancee, Will Siota,of Alabama; two brothers, Tommy Pruitt of Dayton, OH and Clifford Pruitt of Perryville, KY and her extended family Rick, Mary & Noah Estes of Somerset, KY. Other than his parents, he was also preceded in death by three brothers, Clarence, Ray, and Bill Pruitt and one sister; Lucielle Mason. L.E. was a fine person, and a member of the Southside Church off Christ. He had worked for several businesses in Somerset, and he farmed for many years. He was a wonderful family man and will deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves a host of other relatives and friends who mourn his passing. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2021 at the Pulaski Funeral Home, with burial to follow at the Bobbitt Cemetery. The family of Mr. Pruitt will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 12:00 noon Friday until time for services. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
