Joseph Velez

Mr. Joseph Velez, 23, Of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, August 9, 2020 in Louisville. He was was born in Palo Alto, CA on May 2, 1997. Son of Angel Velez, and the late Gilda E. Sandoval Velez. He was a recruiter for a staffing agency. He found great joy in reading, drawing, and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his father; a sister, Angie Velez; two nephews, Kaled Velez, and Jameel Ricardo; and a niece, Shaila Velez. He was preceded in death by his mother, Golda E. Sandoval Velez. A celebration of life service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, August 27, 2020 at the Pulaski Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6-7 Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Pulaski Funeral Home. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
