Homer "Yankie" Strunk

Mr. Homer "Yankie" Strunk, age 86 passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital Hospital. He is survived by one daughter, Sharon Strunk, and her husband David Crouch; a grandson, Stacy (and Linda) Strunk, and a great granddaughter, Bryanna. He is preceded n death by his parents, Jeff and Alice Nichols Strunk, his wife of 59 years, Faye. six sisters, Lottie Johnson, Hetty Strong, Lanie Latham, Kathleen Black, Bobbie Black and Ruby Strunk; five brothers, Billy, Roscoe, Chris, Gilbert, and Raymond Strunk. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and farming. He enjoyed spending time with his family and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon Wednesday, December 23rd at the Pulaski Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hollars Cemetery. The family of Mr. Homer Strunk will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2020. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
