Linda Gloria Barnes

Linda Gloria Barnes, 71, of Somerset, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2020 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born in the Alpin Community on July 31, 1949; daughter of the late Elmer and Hazel McKee Heath. She worked as a Truck Driver, and team drove with her husband for several years. She was enjoyed traveling with her husband, and was able to see all 50 states, and two countries. She was a member of West Bronston Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Ed Barnes, whom she married on January 6, 1967; her siblings, Faye Clark, Wanda Keith, George "Pete" Heath, Clarence Heath, Mike Heath, Gene Heath, and Shawn Heath. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Hazel McKee Heath; and a brother, Cordell Heath. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. James Mills, and Bro. Noah Broughton officiating. Burial will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Pulaski Funeral Home until time for services. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
