Gary Taylor

Gary C. Taylor, the son of Eva Lee Watkins Taylor and the late Jack Taylor, was born August 16,1951 in the Cabin Hollow Community of Pulaski County and he departed this life on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 having attained the age of 72 years.

He was united in marriage to Jennifer Janette Phelps Taylor, she survives. Other survivors include; a daughter, Angela (and Jeff) Coots; the following brothers and sisters, Linda Lankford, Patricia Ridner, Betty (and Mike) Cornett, Barry (and Betty) Taylor; two grandchildren, Kirstin Janette "Shorty" Turner and Joshua Coots; one great grandchild, Carmyn Coots and a host of other relatives.

Other than his father, he was also preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Janette "Missi" Taylor; a brother, Arnold Ray "Arnie" Taylor and a sister, Elaine Smith.

Gary was a heavy equipment operator and mechanic, he was a wonderful person who enjoyed farming, and after retirement, he stayed busy on his farm, or helping others in the community, A funeral service for Mr. Taylor will be held Wednesday, August 21st, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Joseph Cox officiating. Burial will follow in the Phelps Cemetery.

The family of Mr. Gary C. Taylor will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday August 20, 2024.
