Forrest Dale O'Hern

Forrest Dale O’Hern, 91, of Brazil, Indiana, passed away while staying at Cloverleaf Health Care on February 2, 2024.

Forrest was born on April 9, 1932, in Carbon, Indiana, the son of Connie and Lenna (Martin) O’Hern. He graduated from VanBuren High School. Forrest retired from Kroger after many years of service. Forrest managed Lake Cumberland Funeral Livery Association for a number of years.

Forrest was preceded in death by his wife Betty (Phillips) O’Hern and his siblings: James O’Hern, Connie O’Hern, Raymond O’Hern, and Iona Morlan.

He is survived by his nieces Sharon Batchelor and Sandra Morlan.

Interment services will be held at Lakeside Memorial Garden, in Somerset, Kentucky on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 2:00 PM.
