Eileen Joyce Erichsen, 71, of Somerset passed away Friday, November 9, 2018 at her residence.
She was born in St. Augustine, FL on May 6, 1947; daughter of the late Enrico and Nilda Bobbio Marcucci. She was a member of Word of Faith Church; had a love for cooking dinners for her family, sewing, and doing crafts. Eileen enjoyed taking cruises and traveling to the Caribbean Islands. She also loved for her and her husband spend time at their cabin in upstate New York. Above all else she loved the Lord and worshipped him faithfully through her love and care of her family.
She is remembered with love by her husband, Stephen Erichsen; a daughter, Joy Marshall & (Eric), a son, Stephen Erichsen & (Mary-Beth Smith); and three grandchildren, Tristan Gross, Annie Marshall, and Stephen Erichsen, Jr.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, John Marcucci.
A Celebration of Eileen's life will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Word of Faith Church with Bro. Scott Tipton officiating.
Visitation for Eileen Joyce Erichsen will be after 12:30 PM Tuesday until time for services.
