Doris Maxine Lewis

Doris Maxine Pevley Lewis born May 27th, 1945 in the Phil community of Kentucky, departed this life on June 25th, 2018 having reached the age of 73. Preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Violet Pevley; her husband, HC Lewis; two brothers Danny Dale Pevley, and James Phillip "Pete" Pevley.She was a homemaker, and a longtime member of Ringgold Baptist Church.Maxine is survived by her son; Shannon (Graziela) Mink of Somerset KY; Two grandsons, Darius Mink and Warren Mink and a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.The family of Ms Maxine Lewis will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2018.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday June 29th, 2018 at the Pulaski Funeral Home with Pastor French Harmon officiating. Burial will follow in the West Somerset Cemetery. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements for Ms. Maxine Lewis.
