Cynthia "Cindy" Renee Rose

Cynthia "Cindy" Renee Rose, 53, of Somerset, passed away Friday, January 29, 2021 at UK Markey Cancer Center.

She was born in Somerset on July 1, 1967; daughter of the late Clarence Phelps, and Marcella & (Carl) Whitis. She enjoyed camping, spending time with her grand babies, loved singing with them. four wheeling, and riding motorcycles. Most of all, she loved all of her family, and enjoyed spending time with them. She was a member of New Direction Worship Center.

She is survived by her husband, Barry Rose, whom she married on December 26, 1992; her daughter, Samantha & (Bryan) Culp of Somerset; her son, BJ & (Sara) Rose of Somerset; siblings, Sam & (Pam) Phelps, Donnie & (Dana) Whitis, and Carletta & (Willie) Turner; grandchildren, Amber Warren, CJ Warren, Maliah Culp, Hartley Jo Rose, and Kaden River Rose.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Phelps, and Marcella & (Carl) Whitis, her stepfather who raised her, Carl Whitis; her sister, Gloria Petercheff; two brothers, Gary Phelps, and Clarence Phelps, Jr.

A funeral service will be held at 12 PM Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Acorn Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Monday, February 1, 2021 at Pulaski Funeral Home.
