Curtis David Cowen

Curtis David Cowen, 59, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at his residence.He was born in Phoenix, AZ on June 11, 1958; son of Gerald Puckett and Joyce Flenner Huff. He was a caregiver to several individuals. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer & (Jimmy) Torres; a son, Curtis & (Jamie) Cowen; his parents, Gerald Puckett and Joyce Flenner Huff; three brothers, Randy Puckett, Tim Puckett, and Brad Puckett; and five grandchildren, Daniel, Trinity, Alyssa, Christina, and Joshua; his former wife, Susie Cowen; and his girlfriend, Suzanne Barnett. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Pulaski Funeral Home with Dr. Greg Ryan officiating. The family will receive friends after 12 PM, Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Pulaski Funeral Home. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
