Christopher "Chris" Lee Wilson, age 43 of Burnside, KY passed from this life on Thursday, August 01, 2024 at his home.

Chris was born on February 28, 1981 to Marvena New and Creston Wilson in Somerset, KY.

He was of the Southern Baptist faith. He loved mudding, fishing in the creek, frisbee golf, being outside working in the yard, working on cars and always helping others. He loved watching UK Basketball and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Chris leaves behind to cherish his memory; his mother, Marvena New; his father, Creston Wilson; his loving grandmother, Jo Ann New of Burnside, KY; a brother, Brandon Sneed of Somerset, KY; sister, Brandy Sneed (and Christopher Smith) of Nancy, KY; uncles, Tony (and Debra) New of Shopville, KY, Danny New of Burnside, KY, Ray Harrington of Danville, KY, Terry (and Brenda) Wilson of Bronston, KY, Kenny (and Lagina) of Richmond, KY; aunts, Darla (and Allen) Shepherd of Shopville, KY , Sandra New (and Rob Lowe) of Burnside, KY, Paula (and Steve) Vanhook of Bowling Green, KY; nieces, Cheyanne Smith, Lyiah Barker, Danea Sneed; nephews, Trinton Barker, Julien Kinney and Gage Sneed; along with numerous cousins who loved him very much.

Chris was preceded in death by; his maternal grandfather, Marvin New; paternal grandparents, Arthur and Wanda Wilson; aunt, Paula Harrington; cousins, Danielle New , Taiann Wilson; uncles, Jeffery New and Marvin Wilson.

A funeral service for Chris Wilson will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 08, 2024 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Rodney Haggard officiating. Burial will follow in the Southern Oaks Cemetery.

The family of Mr. Christopher "Chris" Wilson will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 08, 2024 until time for services.. In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Pulaski Funeral Home in loving memory of Chris Wilson.
