Chloe Stephens Hargis,of Somerset, KY passed away Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital following a long illness. She was born October 3, 1954 to the late Charles and Norma Ruth Saxon Stephens of Whitley City, Kentucky. Survivors include; her loving husband, Joey Hargis whom she married on June 5, 1976; two daughters, Sara (and Brian ) Foos of Detroit, Michigan, Lindsey (and Steven) Lashley of Somerset, Kentucky; two sisters, Thelma (and Dick) Fallen and Pam Stephens both of Titusville, Florida; and a sister in law, Boolie Stephens of Knoxville, TN and three grandchildren, Leah Foos of Detriot, Michigan and Anna and Carly Lashley of Somerset, Kentucky. and a host of nieces , nephews and other relatives who mourn her passing. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by; one brother, Thomas Stephens. Chloe enjoyed writing and singing with her daughters. One of her favorite things was spending time with her grandchildren. Most of all, she loved her Lord and her family. She was an active member of the Langdon Street Baptist Church until shortly before her death. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Kurt Neeley, Bro. Logan Hargis, and Bro. Jerry Chandler officiating. Burial will follow in the Southern Oaks Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Chloe Hargis will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, and from 11:00 a.m. Wednesday until time for services.
