Charles Sears

Charles Sears, age 78, of Somerset , Kentucky passed away, Tuesday, January 31, 2023.

He was born June 26, 1944 in White Lily, Kentucky. He was united in marriage to June Carol Hyden on May 5, 1962. He was a life long farmer and he loved farming and having his hands in the dirt. He enjoyed music and singing, watching the Kentucky Wildcats play basketball, fishing and camping, but the thing he loved most and received the most enjoyment out of was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, June Sears, two sons; Charles Christopher Sears and Michael Lance Sears. one grandchild; Megan Sears and one brother; William "Billy" Sears (Marsha).

Charles is survived by two children; Cheryl Crystal Sears ( William Claxton) and Darren Keith Sears, seven grandchildren; Chantel Meece (Junior), Mariah Sears, Hayley Murphy, Audy Robert Murphy, Charles Michael Sears, Jackie Gregory, and Noah Sears, four great grandchildren, Braxton Sears, Cole Gregory, Cori Gregory, Olive Sears and one sister; Carolyn Dykes (Arnold).

A funeral service will be held at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 1:30 PM. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM till time for services. Burial will follow in the Goodwater Cemetery.
