Mr. Calvin H. "Cowboy" Burton,76, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on July 6, 1948; son of the late Eugene and Ruby Burton. He enjoyed collecting one dollar bills, and shiny pennies. He was loved watching Scooby Doo and Donald Duck, and had a knack for making duck sounds. He was active in attending the Active Day Center for about 15 years.
He is survived by; two sisters, Alfreda Burton and Judy Burton both of Somerset and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and other relatives who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Ruby Burton; his sister, Shirley Calhoun; and two brothers, Gary Burton and Cletus Burton.
A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Saturday, July 20, 2024 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Gramling officiating.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday, July 19, 2024.
