Beverly Elaine Woodall Merritt

Beverly Elaine Woodall Merritt, 63, of Poplarville KY, passed from this life on Wednesday October 30 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born to the late Omer ‘Clifford’ and Edna Woodall, of Piney Grove KY on July 20 1956. Beverly was a home maker devoted wife, loving mother, and caring grandmother. Beverly was of the Baptist faith and a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. Beverly enjoyed spending time with her family and attending church activities. Beverly married James Ollie Merritt on November 22 1982. She is survived by two children Shauna Poynter and Sara (Christopher) Young of Poplarville KY. Beverly is also survived by three grandchildren, Nathaniel, Isabella and Elizabeth Young. Beverly is survived by many aunts, uncles and other loving family members and friends. Beverly was proceeded in death by her parents, Omer ‘ Clifford’ and Edna Woodall. Visitation for Beverly will be from 5 to 8 pm for friends on November 1, 2019 at Pulaski Funeral Home. Funeral services for Beverly Merritt will be at Pulaski Funeral Home on November 2 at  11:00 a.m. with Bro. Donald Kennedy and Bro. Larry Merritt officiating. Burial for Beverly Elaine Woodall Merritt will be in the Merritt Family Cemetery following the services. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
