Barney Lee Woodall

July 7, 1943 — June 4, 2024

Barney Lee Woodall, son of the late Delmar and Sybil Farmer Woodall, was born May 7th, 1943 and departed this life on June 4, 2024 having attained the age of 81 years.
He was united in marriage to Deloris Price on May 18, 1963 in Ringgold, GA. She survives. Other survivors include; two children, Dawna Wade (and Mark) Smiley and Shannon (and Tammy) Woodall of Somerset, KY; three grandchildren, Tyler (and Brittney) Wade and Travis (and Allie) Wade of Somerset, KY and Shantelle (and Braden) Houston of East Bernstadt, KY; three great grandchildren, Campbell Wade and Annistyn Wade of Somerset, KY and Shealeigh Houston of East Bernstadt, KY, Wyatt James Wade who will make his arrival in September. Also surviving are; two brothers, Jim (and Connie) Woodall and Ronnie (and Margaret) Woodall of Somerset, KY; two sisters, Gina (and Doug) McMullin of Eubank, KY and Pati Sutton (and Bo Garrett) of Somerset, KY; two sisters-in-law, Georgia Burnett and Vivian (and Obie) Clark of Somerset, KY; the following nieces and nephews, Kurt (and Erika) Woodall, Jamie (and Christy) Woodall, Josh Woodall, Jessica Woodall (and Quentin Randolph), Doug (and Amy) McMullin, Ronnie (and Ashley) McMullin, Gina Marie West, Boyce Woodall, Shellie Brown, Donnie Brown and Jayme Barker and a host of other friends and relatives.
Other than his parents, he was also preceded in death by; one brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Doi Woodall; two brothers-in-law, Bill Burnett and Michael Eaton; and a nephew, little Jimmy Woodall.
Barney was always a fun loving man. He enjoyed horses, riding motorcycles, looking at vintage cars and trucks, he loved going to flea markets and yard sales and just loved being around his family, friends and community.
He attended the Pulaski County High School, and he was a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church, he was a mason, and he worked for many years at Super Service and retired from there. In general he loved people and he loved life and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, June 9th, 2024 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Jones and Bro. Will Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Bobbitt Cemetery. The family of Mr. Barney Lee Woodall will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Sunday until time for services. A masonic service is scheduled to take place at the Pulaski Funeral Home Sunday afternoon before the funeral service. Times will be added to this obituary when they are received.
