Amanda K. Ard Pitman

Amanda K. Ard Pitman, age 39, of Somerset, KY passed away Wednesday May 17, 2017 at the Jean Waddle Care Center. She was born October 2, 1977 in Somerset, KY to Jennell Williamson Edwards of Somerset, KY and Ralph (and Theresa) Ard of Nancy, KY.Other than her parents, she is also survived by: a daughter, Breanna Pitman; a son, Brandon Pitman both of Somerset, KY; two sisters, Teri (and Daniel) Denham and Brandi Ard (and Dustin Daulton) all of Nancy, KY. Other survivors include; the following nieces, Brynlee, Kaylie and Leah Daulton; the following nephews, Tyler Denham of Phoenix, AZ and Aaron Denham of Lexington, KY and a niece or nephew due to arrive in December. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive who will mourn her passing.Amanda was preceded in death by; a brother, Stephen Ard; her maternal grandparents, Rev. Lloyd and Martha Williamson, and her paternal grandparents, Thomas "Frog" and Ersie Ard.A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 19, 2017 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens. The family of Amanda K. Ard Pitman will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 19, 2017 until time for services.In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Pulaski Funeral Home in loving memory of Amanda.Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the family of Amanda K.
