Wilma Elizabeth Boyatt Tarter

Wilma Elizabeth Tarter, wife and loving companion of Harold B. Tarter for nearly 60 years passed away Friday March 9,2007 at 5:00 p.m. at the home of her son, Donald Tarter in Dry Ridge Ky. Wilma was born December 12,1928, the daughter of the late Carley and Flossie Davis Boyott at Shoopman Ky. She is survived by her husband; Harold B. Tarter, two daughters;Sherrie Tarter Lightner and Pamela Tarter Williams, two sons:Bruce Tarter and Donald Tarter;five granddaughters, Molly Lightner, Mary Lightner, Stephanie Tarter Rice, Stacie Tarter, Sabrina Tarter; four grandsons, Matthew Yaden, David Yaden, Bryan Simpson, Raymie Lightner; one great grandson; Owen Hubert Rice, Three sisters; Hazel Boyatt Gentry Correane Boyatt Craft,Alma Boyatt Fowler; and one brother, D. B. Boyatt. She was preceded in death by; her parents; two brothers, Arvilee Boyatt and Henry (Hank) Boyatt; two sisters; Barbara Jean Boyatt and Stella Boyatt. Wilma was a lifelong member of Bethlehem Baptist Church; a charter member of Fidelis Chapter #545 Order of the Eastern Star Nancy, KY; and Mother Advisor to the Order of the Rainbow Girls. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bethlehem Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Eastern Star sevices will be observed at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Church. The family of Mrs. Wilma Elizabeth Boyatt Tarter will receive friends at the church from 11:30 a.m. Tuesday until after services. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be placed in charge of all funeral arrangements for Mrs. Tarter.
