Donald H. Glover, son of the late Raymond and Zada Glover, was born on March 08, 1942 and departed this life on February 13, 2007 having attained the age of 64 years. He was united in marriage to Mary M. Glover, she preceded him in death.
Survivors include; one daughter, Nyoka Cope of Cincinnati, OH; one son, William Cope of Heltonsville, IN. and the following grandchildren, Nick Greer, Viola Cope, William "Bubba" Cope, Cari Castner, Robert Cope Jr., and Ashlee Cope. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; five sisters, Peggy Meece, Henrietta Henderson, Betty (and Randall) Hamm, Doris (and John) Disney, Anna (and Almond) Bradley; and two brothers, Larry Glover and Tarry (and Kathy) Glover.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by one son;; Robert Cope.
He was a Vietnam War Veteran, and he was a retired employee of General Motors in Ohio. He was a devoted member of the Moose Lodge in Norwood, Ohio, The American Legion of Norwood, OH as well as a member of the Eagles Lodge of Norwood, OH. He was a member in Good standing of the V.F.W. Post #269 in Somerset, KY, and a member of the Masonic Melrose Lodge #671 F & AM he was also of the Scottish Rite, and he was a former Shriner of Cincinnati, OH. Donald also adhered to the Baptist faith.
Donald will be deeply missed by all who knew him and he leaves a host of relatives, and friends who mourn his passing. He cared about everyone he met, and he never had a bad thing to say about anyone.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 16, 2007 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin Rose and Rev. David Greer officiating. Entombment will follow in his mausoleum at the Heavens Gate Cemetery in Montgomery Ohio on Tuesday, February 20, 2007.
The family of Mr. Donald H. Glover will receive friends at Pulaski Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. Thursday, February 15, 2007.
