Mrs. Josephine Roysdon, born January 14,1921 in Somerset,KY; the daughter of the late Sam and Sarah Hardwick Love,departed this life in Bowling Green,KY on Sunday, January 21,2007 having attained the age of 86 years.
She was united in marriage to Mr. Homer Roysdon on July 3, 1942, he preceded her in death.
She was a Homemaker and a member of the Meadow Land Baptist Church, Bowling Green,Ky.
Josephine was survived by; one son, Joseph Lee (and Donna) Roysdon of Bowling Green, KY; two daughters, Linda Kay (and Norman) Jonas of Bowling Green, KY, Jayne Elizabeth(and Doug) Zandstra of Smiths Grove, KY; seven grandchildren, Lynn Barath of Cedar Lake, In, Ann Szitasy of Bowling Green, KY, Michael Jonas of Lexington, KY, Michelle Tedder of Bowling Green, KY, Matthew Roysdon of Franklin, KY, Grace Zandstra of Bowling Green, KY, and Candice Zandstra of London, KY; eleven great grandchildren, Jeremy Barath of Cedar Lake, IN, Sean Szitasy of Bowling Green, KY, Christopher Slamans of Bowling Green, KY, Jacob Slamans of Bowling Green, KY, Robbin Tedder of Campbellsville, KY, Christiana Roysdon of El Cajon, CA; Christina Barath of Crown Point, IN, Corey Roysdon of El Cajon, CA, Dylan Roysdon, Leanne Kendall and Wesley Kendall all of Franklin, KY; two brothers, Clarence (and Mabel) Love of Somerset, KY and Joseph (and Elouise) Love of Glen Carbon, IL; two sisters, Mary Norfleet of Nancy, KY and Dorothy Thomas of Bowling Green, KY and two sisters-in-law, Kathleen Godsey of Marrietta, OH, and Nina Roysdon of Harrisburg, KY; and one brother-in-law, Carl Roysdon of New Castle, IN.
Other than her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by; one sister, Ruth Love; and one brother, Charles Love.
Josephine was a kind person who will be deeply missed by all who knew her and she leaves a host of relatives, friends and church family who mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thurs day, January 25, 2007 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Eugene Tarter officiating, Burial will follow in the Mill Springs National Cemetery.
The family of Mrs. Josephine Roysdon will receive friends at Pulaski Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 24, 2007 and after 8:00 a.m. Thursday, January 25, 2007 until after services.
