William Jesse Whitaker

Mr. William Jesse Whitaker, son of Wanda Marie Sears Whitaker and the late Louise Whitaker, was born at Shopville, KY on December 10, 1943 and he departed this life on Monday, December 11, 2006 having attained the age of 63 years. Other than his mother, he is survived by; one son, JB Douglas Whitaker of Somerset, KY; three daughters, Teresa Gail King and her husband Tom of Las Vegas, NV, Melissa Lee Whitaker of Somerset, KY and Jessica Marie Whitaker also of Somerset, KY; one sister, Linda Stringer; 6 grandchildren, Donald William Brandon Harbaum, Kenneth Cody Middleton, William Logan Whitaker, Natasha Elaine Whitaker, Nicole Lee Daniels and Courtney Raven Daniels, one grandchild on the way; and one great grandchild, Madyson Faye Harbaum. Mr. Whitaker was a retired truck driver, and he was a member of the Barnesburg Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, December 14, 2006 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Austin Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in the Sears Cemetery in Somerset, KY. The family of Mr. WilliamJesse Whitaker will receive friends after 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at Pulaski Funeral Home.
