Ella Marcum (nee Neal), 89 of Somerset, KY. passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, August 20, 2010 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Mrs. Marcum was born September 6, 1920 at Cliff Springs, Putnam County, Tenn. Mrs. Marcum is survived by a son Alvin JoeBill (Shirley) Marcum of Somerset. Daughter-in-law Ann Marcum of Cincinnati, Oh. 5 grandchildren; Joe(Trish) Marcum. Stacey Marcum, John (Shaunda) Marcum, Scott (Erin) Marcum, Jeremy (Jennifer) Alexander. 8 Great grandchildren Chad, Holly, Madison, Gabrielle, Raegan, Isabella, Avery and Benjamin and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives who mourn her passing. . Mrs. Marcum was preceded in death by her parents W. T. and Martha Pairlee Jackson Neal, her husband Joe Marcum, one son Curtis Marcum, and one grandson Jerry Marcum. Mrs Marcum was also preceded in death by all 10 of her siblings. Mrs Marcum was a homemaker, and a member of Grave Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Marcum loved being surrounded by family and will be incredibly missed by her family. Funeral services will be held at Grave Hill Baptist Church on Monday, August 23, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Bobby Clark and Bro. Brandon Wilson officiating. Burial will be at Grave Hill Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Pulaski Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. Sunday, August 22, 2010 and after 10:00 a.m. Monday until after services at Grave Hill Baptist Church. The family request contributions be made to Grave Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all arrangements for Mrs. Ella Marcum.
