Jeffery C. Baker

Mr. Jeffery C. Baker age. 65,Somerset, Kentucky formerly of Leslie County, Kentucky was born on March 1, 1945 to the late Ross and Ruth Marcum Baker and departed this life on Sunday, July 4, 2010 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. Besides his parents Jeffery was preceded in death by one brother; Ross David Baker. Mr. Baker is survived by three sons; Jeffery C Baker Jr. of Norfolk, Virginia; Jason (Angie) Baker and Jeremy C. Baker of both of Cutshin, Kentucky. Mr. Baker also leaves behind three grandchildren; Jason E. Baker, Jeremy C. Baker, Cory Baker and a very special friend; Zita Lewis of Somerset, Kentucky. Mr. Baker was retired from the Railroad and was a Mason and Shriner. Mr. Baker donated the land where the Cutshin Volunteer Fire Department and Community Center Buildings are located. Mr. Baker was also a former member of the United States National Guard. The family of Mr. Jeffery C. Baker will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, 2010 in the Ross & Ruth Baker Community Center in Cutshin, Kentucky. Burial will follow in the Baker Family Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family request that contributions be made to the Jeffery C Baker Memorial Fund in care of Pulaski Funeral Home.
