Mrs. Doris Mae Tyson

Doris Mae Schooler Tyson, daughter of the late Harry and Jennie Taylor Schooler passed away on June 15, 2010 at 5:30 a.m. at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital having attained the age of 89 years. Her favorite hobbies were fishing and playing Bingo. She was united in marriage to Mr. Cecil Tyson, he preceded her in death. She is survived by; two sons, Harry "Butch" Tyson & William J. "Bill" Tyson. Butch resides in Science Hill, KY with his wife, Jolene. Bill lives in Ironton, Ohio with his wife Diana. four grandchildren survive, they are: Rich Tyson, Tim Tyson, Chris Tyson and Amber Tyson, also surviving are eight great grandchildren. Other than her husband, she was preceded in death by a grand daughter; Tina M. Harness. Doris was a wonderful lady who will be missed by all who knew her, she leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn her passing. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Lexington Cemetery where she will be laid to rest by her husband. The family of Mrs. Doris Mae Tyson will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home for 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2010. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
