Mrs. Mary Agnes Kurzendoerfer Hranicky

Mrs. Mary Agnes Hranicky, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Heintzman Kurzendoerfer, was born in Louisville, KY on December 26, 1921 and she departed this life on Thursday, September 07, 2006 having attained the age of 84 years. She was united in marriage to Mr. E. F. "Tex" Hranicky on September 7, 1946, he preceded her in death on May 20, 1995. Twelve children blessed this union; Frank Hranicky, Mary Ann (and David) Ransdell, Rose (and Bobby) Bates, Larry Hranicky, Steve (and Ruth Ann) Hranicky, Dotty (and Paul) Claussen, Raymond (and Brenda) Hranicky, Theresa (and Phillip) Rush, John (and Linda)Hranicky, Jean (and Mark) Profitt, Cathy Herald,and Marty (and LaChelle) Hranicky; also surviving are 35 grandchildren, Jim Hranicky, Chip Hranicky, Stephanie Hranicky, Tyler Hranicky, Phil Ransdell, Alison Ransdell, Emilee Ransdell, Jon Bates, Kim Hargis, Hope Olsen, Jody Hranicky, Dan Claussen, Angela Claussen, Megan Claussen, Melanie Claussen, Brandon Hranicky, Sarah Hranicky, Cory White, Eddie White, Greta White, Alex White, Eric White, Miranda White, Bradley White, Bryan Hranicky, Scott Hranicky, Kevin Hranicky, Chris Profitt, Nick Profitt, Ryan Profitt, Matt Herald, Mindi Herald, Beau Herald, Drew Hranicky and Hollie Hranicky; and 13 great grandchildren, Sam, Joe, Lauren and D.J. Hranicky, Greg Hranicky, Ethan and Mollie Ransdell, Nathan and Maria Bates, Savannah Merlin, Kennedy and Macalaster Olsen, and Gabriel Hranicky. Other than her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by; two grandsons, Jerami Bates and Gregory Corder Hranicky. Mary was a member of the Moonbeam Homemakers Club and a devoted member of the St. Mildred's Catholic Church where she held the position of minister of music for many years. She was also very active in the Outreach Center Ministry at St. Mildred's for many years. Funeral Mass will be observed on Monday, September 11, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Mildred's Catholic Church with Father Gerald Timmel officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens. The family of Mrs. Mary Agnes Hranicky will receive friends at Pulaski Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 10, 2006 and she will lie in state at St. Mildred's from 9:00 a.m. Monday until after services. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to St. Mildred's Catholic Church.
