Mrs. Joyce Phillips

Mrs. Joyce Phillips, daughter of the late Carl Don and Mary Edith Dick Wesley, was born in Pulaski Co., KY on January 15, 1945 and she departed this life in the presence of her family on Sunday, April 25. 2010 having attained the age of 65 years. Survivors include; one daughter, Melissa Daulton and her husband Greg of Nancy, KY; one son-in-law, Mike Parks of Bronston, KY; seven grandchildren, Ashley, Jake, Haley and Tanner Parks, and Casie Foster, Josh Foster and his wife Denise, and Ben Foster and his wife Tonya; five great grandchildren, Jordan, Jessa, Justin, Eli, and Ella Foster; four brothers, Vernon “Preach” Wesley and his wife Betty of Eubank, KY, Roy “Duke” Wesley and his wife Myrtle of Science Hill, KY, Royce Wesley of Science Hill, KY, and Norman “Beetle” Wesley and his wife Wendy of Science Hill, KY; one brother-in-law, Louie Loveless of Science Hill, KY and a large host of other relatives, friends and church family who mourn her passing. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by; one daughter, Angie Parks, and one sister, Doris Loveless. Joyce was a kind lady who will be missed by many, she was a member of the Cumberland Church of Christ and an employee of the Treasure Chest Florist. She was a lover of life and enjoyed bluegrass music, dancing, she loved her family. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 29, 2010 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Ed Bialon officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens. The family of Mrs. Joyce Phillips will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2010.
