Mr. Earnest Clines, son of the late Columbus and Arlie Calhoun Clines, was born on January 29, 1944 in Pulaski County, KY and departed this life on Friday, August 4, 2006 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital having attained the age of 62 years.
He was united in marriage to Margaret Jean Calhoun Clines. She preceded him in death.
Survivors include;three sons, Earnie (and Kim) Clines,Jessie (and Gena) Clines, and Bobby Jo (and Alicia) Clines; two daughters, Judy (and Bill) Cummins and Alice (and Ray) Whitis; two half daughters, Peggy (and Ray) Stone and Delores (and Jackie) Vaughn; two half brothers, Howard Calhoun and James Grider; one half sister, Florence Grider; eleven grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
Other than his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by; three grandchildren, Bradley Whitis, Jessica Goodin, and Felicidy Cummins.
Earnest was a sawmill worker and he adhered to the Baptist Faith. He was a kind person who will be greatly missed by all who knew him and he leaves a host of other relatives and friends who mourn his passing.
The family of Mr. Earnest Clines will receive friends at the chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. Monday, August 7, 2006 with funeral services at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in the Ringgold Cemetery in Somerset, KY.
