Ellen Elizabeth Patterson

Mrs. Ellen Elizabeth Patterson, daughter of the late James Carl and Mary Brown Hines, was born in Indianapolis, IN on October 25, 1928, and she entered eternal life on Thursday, February 11, 2010 having attained the age of 81 years. She was united in marriage to Melvin Patterson, he preceded her in death, Survivors include two sons, David (and Brenda) Patterson and Reece (and Ruby) Patterson of Somerset, KY; three grandsons, Chad Patterson M.D (and his wife Jennifer Kosakowski), Kory Patterson (and his wife, Aimee) and Keith (and Krystal) Patterson ; two grandaughters, Cherice Patterson M.D. (and her husband Chris Fabrizio), Heather (and Bryan) Scruggs; two great-grandaughters, Bryleigh Scruggs and Kadence Patterson; her step-mother, Audrey Hines and her very special poodle, Pierre. Other than her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Danny Stephens. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2010 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Ben Mitchell officiating. Entombment will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens Mausoluem. The family of Ellen Elizabeth Patterson will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2010 at the Pulaski Funeral Home until time for services.
