Mrs. Willena Lee

Jo Willena Lee was born on October 16, 1930 to the late Perry and Viola Vaught Ping. She has lived most of her lifetime in or near the Woodstock community, of Somerset, KY. She and her husband, Tarter Lee were united in marriage on January 12, 1951 and remained in marriage for 50 years until Tarters passing in February of 2001. She is survived by two daughters, Judy Lee Munts and Betty Jo Lee Peyton. One son, Morris Mason Lee preceded her in death. She has two granddaughters, Valerie Peyton and Jennifer Munts Denham and three grandsons, Matthew Peyton, Daniel Peyton, and Dustin Munts. She was blessed with one great granddaughter, Matte Peyton and was expecting another great grandchild in the summer of 2010. Funeral services will be held at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Jesse McCoy officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodstock Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Willena Lee will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, January 30, 2010 at the Pulaski Funeral Home. In Leiu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
