Mary Ann Cassidy

Mary Ann Cassidy, of Burnside, KY, daughter of the late John and Ida Tillett Martin, was born at Stanford, KY on January 04, 1942 and departed this life on Wednesday, July 05, 2006 having attained the age of 64 years. She was united in marriage to Mr. Carl Calvin Cassidy on October 14, 1967, he survives. Other survivors include; one son, Rex (and Melissa Craig) Cassidy of Burnside, KY; two brothers, Rev. Ernest (and Fern) Martin of Danville, KY, and Donald (and Eva) Martin of Hustonville, KY; four sisters, Sylvia Linville of Somerset, KY, Helen Parras of Scarsdale, New York, Louise (and Wayne) Atwood of Hustonville, KY and Alice Young of Lexington, KY.and a special caregiver and devoted sister-in-law, Norma Jean Thurman. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by; one sister, Pearle Phelps; and one brother, Billy Martin. Mary Ann was a member of the Sloans Valley Baptist Church and she was retired from the medical records section of the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital after working there for many years. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday July 08, 2006 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Daniel Smith and Rev. Ernest Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Sloans Valley Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Mary Ann cassidy will recieve friends at Pulaski Funeral Home after 5:00 p.m Friday, July 07, 2006 until after services.
