Marie C. Leese

Marie C. Leese, daughter of the late Lewis and Rebecca Keller Claunch, was born on February 23, 1922 of Somerset, KY passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 having attained the age of 87 years. She was united in marriage to Mr. Luther Leese, he preceded her in death. Survivors include; one sister, Ruth Broyles of Somerset, KY, a very special niece; Joy Broyles and several cousins who are left to mourn her passing. Marie enjoyed gardening, was a bookkeeper for the Somerset Water Company for more than 40 years, and she was a member of the Somerset Church of Christ. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 31, 2009 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Willie Ramsey and Kent Dunn officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnesburg Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Marie C. Leese will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2009.
