Mrs. Mildred Mounce Age 80 the daughter of the late William Robert and Matilda Clines Ping was born at Strawberry KY on February 7, 1929 and departed this life in Somerset on November 11, 2009. She was united in marriage to Mr. Clarence Mounce on June 15, 1946 in Somerset and he preceded her in death on November 15, 2003. Mildred is survived by Three daughters; Brenda (Phil) Sanders of Jamestown, KY, Lois Simpson of Somerset, and Vickie (Rick) Sosbe of Indianapolis IN, 4 Grandsons; Scott Sosbe, Speedway IN, Allen Hughes, Somerset, Clarence Cundiff, Lexington KY, Roger Sosbe, Avon IN one Granddaughter; Suzann Paluzi, Knoxville TN, four great grand children; Sheldon Cundiff, Willis Cundiff, Joseph Paluzi, Rikki Sosbe, one brother Lester Ping and one sister Betty Bohann. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two grandchildren; Amy Marie Hughes and Annett Hughes, one son-in-law Herman Simpson, Four Sisters; Gertie Edwards, Lona Ping, Augusta Brinson, Lillion Ping, four Brothers; James, Lloyd, Joseph and Merrial Ping Mildred was a homemaker and also was a custodian at the Somerset Community Collage and was a charter member of Beacon Hill Baptist Church. Funeral services for Mildred Mounce will be Friday November 13, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Brother Sammie Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeside memorial Gardens. The Family of Mildred Mounce will receive friends at Pulaski Funeral Home from 12:00 Noon until time for services. Pulaski Funeral Home is in Charge of all arrangements for Mrs. Mildred Mounce.
