Charles M. "Buster" Cundiff

Charles M. “Buster” Cundiff, 87, of Somerset passed away Thursday, September 24, 2009. He was born on December 12, 1922 to the late Maude McDowell and Lindsay B. Cundiff. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Frances Smith Cundiff; his parents; a son, Charles M. “Charlie” Cundiff and three infant children; a sister, Billie Alene Loving of Atlanta, Georgia; a brother, Eugene “ Gene Marshall” Cundiff of Somerset. He is survived by a sister, Laura Alice (Dallas) Sidwell of Albany, KY; a sister-in-law, Charlene Cundiff of Somerset; three daughters, Linda Jean (Donald) Jones, Carol Sue (Jim) Bridgman and Mary Jo (Saint John) Paul of Somerset; five grandchildren, Mary Beth (Jay) Armstrong of Louisville, KY; Jon Nathanial (Tracey) Paul of Hamilton, OH; Gary Grant ”G.G.” (Misty) Cundiff of Burnside, KY; Charles “Chuck” Jones and Ricky Charles (Christy) Cundiff of Somerset, KY; ten great-grandchildren, Brett, Evan and Ethan Jones of Somerset, KY; Ben, Chris (Twins) and Jack Armstrong of Louisville, KY; Kasen, Kannon, Alex (triplets) and Addison Cundiff of Burnside, KY. Buster was a lifelong farmer of Pulaski County. The family would like to thank the staff of Somerset Nursing and Rehab for their love, concern and personal care. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, September 28, 2009 at the Pulaski Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home.
