Margaret Wilson

Margaret Wilson, 78, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2009 at her residence after a long illness. She was born on August 15, 1931 to the late Richard and Elza Aerens in Detroit, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother; George Aerens. She is survived by her husband; John C. Wilson, a son; Richard Wilson and a daughter; Janet Rutherford all of Somerset. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Margaret and her husband founded the Heritage Christian Bookstore in 1968 which she managed for many years. John and “Marge” also served through the International Mission Board of Southern Baptists from 1986 to 1993 in four African countries. At the time of her death she was a member a member of the First Baptist Church in Somerset. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 28, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Dr. French Harmon officiating. Burial will follow in the Tanner Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Wilson will receive friends after 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 27, 2009 at the Pulaski Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family request expressions of sympathy be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be handling the arrangements of Mrs. Margaret “Marge” Wilson.
