James W. Phelps

Mr. James W. Phelps, age 82, of Somerset Passed away Monday May 8, 2006 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Mr. Phelps was born on February 14, 1924 in Flat Lick, Kentucky. Mr. Phelps was a Army WWII Veteran. Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years Rutha B. (Brinson) Phelps and a sister Evalen Childers. Mr. Phelps in Preceded in death by three brothers Carl Adron Phelps, twin brothers Ronald and Donald Bea Phelps; two Sisters Lou Ada Sutton and Ruth Prather. Funeral Services will be held at the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home Wednesday amy 10, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. with Bro. Charles Meece officating, burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the Pulaski Funeral Home Tuesday May 10, 2006 after 6:00 P.M.
