Ms. Arlie Muse

Arlie Muse, age 88, of Somerset, KY passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2006 at the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, KY following a brief illness. She was born in the Delmer Community of Pulaski County, KY on December 20, 1917; daughter of the late Luther and Mollie Floyd Muse. She was a retired Bookeeper from the Gulf Oil Company. She was of the Christian faith and a member of the First Methodist Church of Houston, Texas. Arlie was a resident of Houston, TX for 55 years. She is survived by; three sisters, Ocia Fletcher of Lexington, KY, Mavis (and Larry) Adams of Bowling Green, KY, and Alexine Barrum of Nancy, KY; one brother, Lindel (and Christine) Muse of Nancy, KY. ; eight nephews, Joseph O. (and Linda) Dunkum, Thomas (and Lorraine) Fletcher, Larry (and Patty) Adams, Jr., Eric (and Betty ) Muse, Stephen Muse, Doug (and Teresa) Muse, Dwight (and Tawnya) Muse, and Joe (and Kim) Muse; seven nieces, Nancy Parachini, Ruthellyn (and Jim) Whittington, Patricia Madden, Mary Ellen (and Louie) Eichmann, Linda (and David) Keown, Beth (and Thomas) Bradley and Mindy (and Doug) Yanders; many great nephews and nieces and a host of other relatives who mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Hazel Dunkum, Glenn Lacefield and Martha Muse; and two brothers, Paul and Joseph Muse. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 06, 2006 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. Harry Varn and Rev. Richard Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens following the funeral services. The family of Arlie Muse will receive friends at Pulaski Funeral Home after 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 06, 2006 at Pulaski Funeral Home until after services. Pulaski Funeral Home is entrusted with all funeral arrangements.
