Martha Elaine Crase

Martha Elaine Crase, daughter of the late Ted and Ida Lee Coots Crase, entered this life at Roxana, Kentucky in Letcher county on December 15, 1941 and she departed this life at her home in Somerset, Kentucky on February 14, 2017 having attained the age of 75 years.Survivors include; one sister, Guinevere "Gwen" Ison of Somerset, KY; two brothers, Isaac (and Sepahlia) Crase of Ames, Iowa and Kenneth (and Sue) Crase of Augusta, South Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives who mourn her passing. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by; one brother, Dr. James Douglas Crase.She was a graduate of Cumberland College with a degree in music. She taught private music and piano lessons for more than 45 years, and she was a member of the Langdon Street Baptist Church.A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Dr. Jerry Chandler and Dr. James Floyd officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens.The family of Martha Elaine Crase will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Saturday until time for services.Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the family of Martha Elaine Crase.
