Linda Irish Norton

Linda Irish Norton, 67, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017 at her residence.She was born on July 22, 1949; daughter of the late Richard J. and Ruby Elkins Irish. She was a retired secretary of High Street Baptist Church, and had worked previously for Centenary Methodist Church in Danville, Ky. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Richard Norton, whom she married on June 26, 1971; two sons; one step-daughter; two brothers; and five sisters.A memorial service will be held at 1 PM, Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Ed Amundson officiating.In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to High Street Baptist Church Youth Group, Somerset, Kentucky. Interment will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery.The family will receive friends after 11 AM, Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Pulaski Funeral Home.Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
