Orville Wilson Mink

Mr. Orville Wilson Mink, formerly of South Central Avenue, son of the late Grover and Dora E. (Wilson) Mink, was born on April 27, 1934 in Somerset, Kentucky and departed this life on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky having attained the age of 75 years. Other than his parents Mr. Mink was preceded in death by his wife; Elma Genece Mink. Mr. Mink is survived by three children; Rick (and Leslie) Mink of Winchester, Kentucky, Danny Mink of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Kim (and Ron) Roy of Somerset, Kentucky. Mr. Mink also leaves behind the following grandchildren; Erica and Jeremy Anderson of Somerset, Kentucky, Christopher and Tatum Mink of Houston, Texas, Lauren, McKenzie and Katie Mink of Winchester, Kentucky and Jared Mink of Bowling Green, Kentucky, two great-grandchildren; Audrey Reese Anderson of Somerset, and Reed Christopher Mink of Houston, Texas and a host of nieces and nephews and one special companion; his dog Tinker Bell who all mourn his passing. Orville was a member at the First Methodist Church in Winchester, Kentucky and worked as a House Painter for over 40 years. Funeral services for Mr. Orville Wilson Mink will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 in the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Rev. James Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens. The family of Mr. Mink will receive friends on Monday, August 3, 2009 from 5-8p.m. at the Pulaski Funeral Home.
