Terry Allen

Terry Allen, son of the late Elisha and Lucielle Combs Allen, was born at Hazard, KY on June 20, 1961 and he departed this life on November 1, 2016 having attained the age of 55 years. Survivors include; two brothers, Jeff and Stanley Allen of Science Hill, KY and one sister, Carolyn Durbin of Nancy, KY and a host of relatives and friends who mourn his passing. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, November 4, 2016 with a private funeral service to be held at a future date.. In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Pulaski Funeral Home in memory of Mr. Terry Allen. Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
