Charles E. Graves, age 40 of Burnside, KY formerly of Waynesburg, passed away suddenly July 7, 2016. He was born November 20, 1975 in Rockcastle County, KY, the son of Robert E. and Patricia M. Cromer Graves. Survivors include; his mother, father, and one son, Nathaniel Austin (and Allyson) Graves of Goose Creek, South Carolina; one sister, Starla Elaine (and Ben) Whitaker of Mt. Vernon, KY and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. He was a member of the Grace Baptist Church of Roundstone, KY. Mr. Graves enjoyed helping others in their struggles with addictions by chairing meetings, being a mentor to others, and giving 100% to anyone to overcome daily struggles. He overcame addiction himself and was a model citizen, serving his community faithfully. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Ernest and Anna Mae England Cromer and his paternal grandparents, Charles Calvin and Mary Ellen Jenner Graves. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Bradley Goforth and Bro. Jerry Frye officiating. The family of Mr. Charles E. Graves will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Wednesday until time for services. Pulaski Funeral Home is honored to assist the family of Mr. Graves during this time.
