Roger Breland

Mr. Roger Breland, son of the late Henry Breland and Ada Byrns Breland Mathis, was born January 6, 1951 and he departed this life on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at his residence having attained the age of 65 years. He is survived by; two children, Aaron (and Lina) Breland of Muskegon, Michigan and Becky (and Jeffery) Miller of Somerset, Kentucky; one grandchild, Chanz Miller of Somerset, Kentucky; two brothers, William (and Pat) Breland and Allen (and Lynda) Breland all of Louisville, Kentucky and one sister, Jean Haveman also of Louisville, Kentucky. When he was active and working, he was a truck driver for Lykins Transport. He attended the Eagle Heights Baptist Church and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a kind person who will be greatly missed by all who knew him and he leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn his passing. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at the Eagle Heights Baptist Church with Rev. David Bullock officiating.
