Mary Ann Calhoun, daughter of the late Silas and Idela Burdine Dykes, was born at Flat Rock, Indiana on February 25, 1932 and she departed this life on Sunday, February 21, 2016 in Somerset having attained the age of 83 years.
She was first united in marriage to Mr. John Everett Mounce, He preceded her in death. She later was united in marriage to Mr. James Oliver Baker who also preceded her in death, and she was finally wed to Mr. Carl Calhoun who also preceded her in death.
Survivors include; four children, Robert (and Cindi) Mounce of Laurel County, KY, James (and Diana) Mounce, Charles Mounce and Joann Glover of Somerset, KY; fifteen grandchildren and a vast host of other relatives and friends who mourn her passing.
Other than her parents, and three husbands, she was also preceded in death by ; one son, John Mounce, one great granddaughter, Destiny Mounce; three brothers, and two sisters.
Mary was a homemaker and a was a kind lady who loved her family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the Providence Baptist Church with Bro. Dallous Sears and bro. Bruce Blevins officiating. Burial will follow in the Providence Cemetery.
The family of Mrs. Mary Ann Calhoun will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 24, 2016.
